Delete your account

You can close your Paradox account and have everything attached to it erased. Here's how, and what happens after.

If you never signed in

There is nothing to delete on our side. Everything Paradox knew about you lived on the phone. Delete the app and it goes with it, including the device identifier, which iOS destroys on uninstall.

If you signed in with Google or Apple

Write to support@tryparadox.app from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Paradox account". If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, send it from the relay address Apple gave you — it reaches us the same way and it's how we know the request is yours.

What we do. We confirm the request, delete the account and reply when it's done. No retention offers, no questionnaire.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate in the live database and reaches encrypted backups within 90 days, after which nothing remains. It cannot be undone, and your statistics history is not recoverable afterwards.

What is not ours to delete

Your Google or Apple account is not affected — we only ever held the identifier they gave us. You may also want to revoke Paradox's access in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple or in your Google account's connected apps.

Deleting the app is separate

Removing Paradox from your phone erases the local copy of your rules, selections and events, but it does not close an account on our side. If you want both, delete the app and send the email.
